Cheryl Menard is a certified BodyFlow (tm) instructor and a YogaFit trained yoga instructor. She found yoga and Pilate's in her search for true whole health, and continues to explore natural and alternative methods, both for healing and for optimum wellness. She studies books and videos, explores the internet and attends classes and seminars to continually improve her techniques, presentation and understanding of the mind-body-spirit. She is especially interested in the combination of exercise and energy balancing techniques to heal and to increase overall well-being.
Jennifer Davidson has been practicing yoga since 1993 and teaching regularly since 1997 with a certification from Frog Pond Yoga Centre. Jennifer also has certifications in prenatal yoga and massage therapy, including hot stone massage. Her experience also includes work with infant massage and yoga, postnatal yoga and a fitness background with a certification with AFAA since 1989. Jennifer has practiced power yoga at the Baptiste Power Yoga Center in Cambridge and has been teaching power yoga for the last two years at Orchard Hills Athletic Club. She has a BA from Seton Hall University with a major in psychology and minor in business.
