Judy Garcia graduated from Baystate Academy of Holistic Health in Bolton, Massachusetts after completing 200 hours of instruction. She received training in the American Standard and Universal methods of Reflexology. Judy received her certification in Reflexology from the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB), which requires completion of 90 case studies, a written and hands-on examination by a Board member of ARCB, and continuing education credits. She has practiced Reflexology for 3 years, and has brought attention to the great benefits of Reflexology at local health fairs and employee appreciation days. Judy also offers Reflexology as a hospice volunteer. She has found that both women and men benefit from a deep state of relaxation during a Reflexology session.
