Briana Dyment Yoga helps me notice and give meaning to small things in life. After years of dance classes, pilates lessons, and soccer games I gained a passion for fitness and physical health but it was not until my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer that I became aware of the balance needed between the mind, body, and spirit. My curiosity continued to grow until I realized the powerful healing properties of yoga and began to embrace the meaning of living in the present moment.

After graduating from highschool in 2008 I was fortunate to begin my teaching journey. I have currently received my certifications in Level 1-3, Core Strength, and Anatomy& Alignment from the YogaFit training system but this is only my beginning. I was drawn to the YogaFit program because of their emphasis on improving performance in all activities through intelligent sequencing and proper alignment.

Peace. it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
