Lisa Weissman is a YogaFit-trained yoga instructor and certified BodyFlow (tm) and Group Centergy (tm) instructor. She attends several classes and trainings throughout the year to further her teaching skills and personal practice, and is dedicated to making yoga accessible to all people regardless of ability or background. Lisa is particularly interested in yoga for the treatment of injury and illness, and aspires to someday see yoga incorporated into military basic training. In addition to yoga, Lisa is also a certified strength-training instructor.

Valerie R. Smith, (B.S. in Exercise Science, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, YogaFit Level I & Kids Certified Instructor, Certified Johnny G. Spinning Instructor, Silversneakers Muscular Endurance Certified, & CPR certified).
Valerie studied and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and graduated in May 2002 from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine.  She worked as the Head Coach of the boys/ girls cross-country team at Norfolk Collegiate middle/ high school, in Norfolk, Virginia.  She then worked for Capital One as a Fitness Specialist for the headquarters in McLean, Virginia for 2 years. Wanting to do more she attended a YogaFit training (Level 1 & Kids yoga) to teach various age groups how to keep fit and reduce stress with Yoga.  Always furthering her education, Valerie is currently pursing her certification in Pilate's and will have competed it in February.

Cheryl Menard is a certified BodyFlow (tm) instructor and a YogaFit trained yoga instructor.  She found yoga and Pilate's in her search for true whole health, and continues to explore natural and alternative methods, both for healing and for optimum wellness.  She studies books and videos, explores the internet and attends classes and seminars to continually improve her techniques, presentation and understanding of the mind-body-spirit.  She is especially interested in the combination of exercise and energy balancing techniques to heal and to increase overall well-being.
