Gratuities for Services
While the therapists always appreciate gratuities for services provided. Effective January 1, 2011 gratuities can no longer be made using a credit card or a check made out to All About You. Gratuities can be made in cash (preferred) or by a check made out directly to your therapist.
Class Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather
Class cancellations will be posted on our website when possible on our home page in the black box. We follow the Westminster school system for class cancellations - please click here for more information on class cancellations. For last minute changes please call the Spa at 978-874-6200.
Class Cancellations
While every attempt to maintain a consistent class schedule will be made, there is NO guarantee that the schedule will remain the same month to month. Circumstances such as low class attendance and/or teacher availability can contribute to class cancellations.
In the event that you have a current ClassPass for a specific class that is cancelled, your pass will be converted to a StudioPass with the current balance of classes and expiration date remaining. No refunds will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Couples Massage
First time couples massage clients must pay in full, when scheduling an appointment, with either a credit card or gift card.
Workshops & Special Programs
Any Workshops or Special Programs that require payment in advance are non-refundable—due to class size limitations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Returns
Returns in general are subject to 10% processing fee. Gift Cards, StudioPasses, and Service Series are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Spa Series Packages
Birthday Club, or Spa Series discounts cannot be used for IPL Laser services.
Appointments for Multiple Guests
Appointments booked for 2 or more people require a 50% deposit and 72-Hours cancellation notice

Gift Cards
Gift Card expires 7 years from date of purchase. May be redeemed at All About You for services, merchandise or classes. Purchases will be deducted from the amount of this All About You Gift Card until the value reaches zero. The value of this Gift Card does not represent a deposit or an asset account. Additional value may be added to this Gift Card at All About You. Redeemable for cash when the balance is less than $5 or as otherwise required by law. To check the balance on a Gift Card call or visit All About You. Replacement Gift Cards will only be issued for dollar value remaining on the card at the time you report it as lost or stole. No replacement cards will be issued without original receipt. Gift Cards are not returnable.
StudioPass
Points on card are valid for 120 days from date of purchase. Points may be redeemed for any regularly scheduled class at All About You studio. Classes are 12.5 points each. Points will be deducted from the amount of this All About You StudioPass until the value reaches zero. The value of this StudioPass does not represent a deposit or an asset account. Additional points may be added to this StudioPass at All About You. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for any other merchandise or services. To check the point balance on your StudioPass please call or visit All About You. A replacement StudioPass will only be issued for the point value remaining on the StudioPass at the time your report it as lost or stolen. No replacement StudioPass will be issued without original receipt.
Monthly StudioPass
Valid for up to twelve open classes in the all about you studio. Valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
Specialty StudioPass
Valid for four weeks longer than the number of classes on the StudioPass.
Unlimited StudioPass
"Bring a friend on your StudioPass" does not apply to Unlimited StudioPasses. Unlimited StudioPass can be put on hold by providing all about you with a letter from your physician stating you are temporarily unable to participate in classes. Unlimited StudioPass can be used for all open classes
