Meet the Doula Event
Charity Parrott, of Maternal Instinct Doula Service, will be holding a "Meet the Doula" evening at all about you. This event is designed to introduce you to Charity, help answer your questions about labor and delivery, and inform you how a doula will help you achieve the birth experience you desire. Studies show some of the benefits of doula use are: shorter labors, decreased cesarean rates, improved breastfeeding, and a reduction in postpartum depression. When you understand all of your options, you will be better prepared to make choices for your birth.
