Jenna Mooney, DC, RYT 200, has been a licensed, practicing chiropractor in the state of Massachusetts for over twenty years. She began teaching a fitness-based yoga program in the year 2000 and has since enriched her yoga training, studying under Diane Featherstone at Frog Pond Yoga Centre and currently studies under Patty Townsend at the Yoga Center of Amherst. Recognizing the importance of a regular yoga practice in a well-rounded health maintenance program, Jenna often recommends yoga to her patients. Her classes are rooted in the concept of stability before mobility. Her one-hour Hatha yoga class focuses on foundational alignment and posture endurance. Jenna's passion is to help other feel good in their bodies. In addition to yoga, she also enjoys hiking, snowboarding, running, cycling, and swing dancing.
