What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese practice based on the premise that one’s health is directly related to the balance of one’s energy. Through the practice of Reiki, energy flows freely thus powerfully facilitating one’s natural healing ability to combat dis-ease.
What do I learn at a Level I Reiki Workshop?
You will learn the principles & ethics of Usui Reiki, its history, & the ways in which it is used. You will learn how to give a Reiki treatment, what chakras are and how to use them. You will learn how to give your self a cleansing, how to meditate and channel this powerful energy.
This workshop is extremely dynamic and you will be practicing the above exercises until you feel comfortable on your own.
What will I receive?
You will receive a full Reiki treatment so that you experience Reiki before practicing the techniques. You will receive a Reiki Attunement to level I. You will receive a detailed and original manual depicting all that is covered and more.
Lastly, you will receive a Reiki I certificate, suitable for framing, upon completion of the workshop. This certificate will enable you to practice Reiki level I.
