Cupping
Cups are used to pull an area of skin into a suction that decompresses muscle and connective tissue. It increases blood flow to the area being treated and may help decrease muscle recovery time.
Two popular types of cupping are stationary and sliding. Stationary cups use suction only, keeping cups in place for a set time. Sliding cups are similar to a deep tissue massage where the therapist moves cups over the area of pain or concern.
You may notice skin discoloration around the treated areas. This is common and will subside in a few days.

Barefoot Fusion
Is a barefoot massage modality that combines the styles of Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT) and Sarga Bodywork. Contrary to popular belief- No one will be "walking on your back!" This would be too dangerous and can easily result in an injury. While AOBT uses parallel bars securely attached to the ceiling for balance and leverage, Sarga Bodywork utilizes a fabric strap fastened to the massage table. The therapist will carefully control her body weight while applying pressure to your muscles with her soft, clean feet. Application of these combined modalities will provide deep relaxation and stimulate the lymphatic system of the body. This will encourage myofascial therapy by allowing the therapist to exert force and pressure gradually, enabling more ease and relaxation. Sessions are neither painful nor rough. They are comfortable, relaxing, and effective.
