Updated COVID-19 Policies

 

As we are sure you are aware, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has removed all Covid Restrictions on businesses effective Saturday, May 29th.  This does not impact our desire to keep clients, team members, and their families as safe and healthy as possible.  All of our Team Members have been fully vaccinated.

As we have for well over 15 years, we will continue to perform the highest level of sanitization possible between clients.  HEPA air filters will also continue to be used in every treatment room.  The lifting of Covid era protocols does not eliminate the need to use common sense that dictates that you should stay home and reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

Fully vaccinated people will no longer be required to wear a mask at all about you.  While it is not illegal for us to require proof of vaccination, we would prefer not to do so. We simply ask that clients that have not been fully vaccinated continue to wear a mask in our facility as the country transitions into the next phase of this pandemic.

 

Clients...

  • Can now use our waiting area, where seating has been reduced and distanced.

  • Can continue to use remote check in and wait in their car if they prefer.

  • Can continue to use our touch-less payment options.

  • Should reschedule their appointments if feeling unwell.

  • Can request that their technician wear a mask.

  • Should continue to wear a mask if not vaccinated.

  • Should come to your appointment alone, or plan to have others wait in car.

Appointment Policies

all about you is a place for health, rejuvenation, and relaxation.


Based on this and our limited lobby area we respectfully request that you be considerate of other clients and our staff.

Thank you for your understanding of the following policies:


Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that if you cannot make it to your appointment for any reason you let us know within 24 hours so we can fill that appointment. You may always reply to your text message reminder, call 978.874.6200 and leave a voicemail, or e-mail us at info@allaboutyousolutions.com if it is not during business hours.

 

Those failing to cancel 24 hours in advance or those who do not show up for their appointments will be charged the entire value of the missed service on or before their next appointment. Clients on series or memberships will have the missed appointment deducted from their account. We reserve the right to refuse booking repeat offenders.

Appointment Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment as a courtesy for the next client. If you are a new client or scheduled for a new service, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to services for time to fill out necessary paperwork. Our intake paperwork is also available for you on our Forms Page.

 

Policy on Children

For insurance reasons, no children are allowed in any service rooms at any time, or left unattended in our lobby. Please make prior arrangements for childcare. 


Gratuities for Services
Gratuities are always appreciated, and can be made in cash (preferred) or by a check made out directly to your therapist. Most therapists also accept Venmo.

Appointments for Multiple Guests
Appointments booked for 2 or more people require payment in full in advance and 72-Hours cancellation notice. 

Cell Phones

Please silence or turn off cell phones.

 

Payment Types

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Personal Check, Flexible Health Savings, as well as all about you gift cards in person. We also have online payment options available.

Returned Check Fee

Any returned checks are subject to a fee of $25.00, plus the amount of the original check.

To Pay for Appointments Online

Type in the value of your service + desired gratuity in the quantity field. 

Gratuity is also accepted as cash, Venmo, or personal check made out directly to your therapist.

 

  • The only payment methods accepted online are credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • You will be asked to check out with PayPal but you DO NOT need a PayPal account. On the PayPal checkout page just proceed as a Guest.

  • If your gift card covers part of the service and you are paying the remainder online, type in the gift card number in the "Appointment" details and put the remaining balance in the quantity field.
